What your achievements say about you.

What your achievements say about you.

If you run your life with a set of strong moral principles it won’t occur to you to exaggerate your achievements either on your CV or during an interview: your integrity says a lot about you.

Your achievements are essentially your unique selling proposition as far as an interviewer or a potential employer is concerned.

No matter its size, whether you saved your employer £1k per year by reorganising the warehouse or secured a new contract worth £1m, each achievement should do two things.

First, it should show how your action benefited the company and secondly it should illustrate your transferable skills.

"Hmmm," thinks the interviewer, "if he did that for ABC Limited I'm sure he could do it for us!" #proteuscareermanagement #integrity
